The Open Table is the signature opening night of the Gather East Culinary and Music Festival — an elevated evening of food, music, and East Coast hospitality.
Guests will be welcomed with a lively reception featuring passed appetizers, reception-style culinary moments, a signature welcome cocktail, a curated beer pavilion, and a mixology experience with Aaron Malley.
The evening continues with a three-course Atlantic-inspired dinner curated by The Kilted Chef and Chef Lee Jones, celebrating local flavours, regional ingredients, and the creativity of Atlantic Canadian cuisine. Expect a dinner experience that is polished, playful, and full of personality, from fresh seafood and bold local ingredients to interactive culinary moments with the chefs.
The evening will conclude with a concert by Dave Gunning and Jud Gunning.
