The Gathering is the festival’s high-energy Saturday night celebration, a riverfront evening built around chef-led tasting stations, local flavours, craft beverages, live music, and community.

Guests will move through a series of curated culinary stations featuring chefs and makers from across the region. Expect an exciting mix of seafood, oysters, pasta, beef, fish cakes, local ingredients, sauces, mignonettes, desserts, and creative festival bites, all designed to showcase the flavours of Atlantic Canada in a fun and social setting.

The evening will also feature a mixology experience with Aaron Malley, a curated beer pavilion, and a special interactive Lobster 101 moment with The Kilted Chef before the headline concert.

Live performances will take place throughout the evening, leading into a headline performance by acclaimed East Coast artist Lennie Gallant.
