Chef Rob honed his craft in the heat of Toronto's culinary scene, completing a post-diploma in Italian cuisine and earning his coveted Red Seal. But his ultimate calling wasn't just about the food it was about family. Leaving the metropolis behind, Rob and his wife Nicole, with their young son Finn in tow, traded the concrete for the coast to build a new legacy in Rogersville, New Brunswick. Now raising their two boys and running Alma Snackbar & Grocery, Rob is on a mission to seamlessly marry authentic, old-world Italian craftsmanship with the rugged, hyper- local bounty of the Maritimes.

Driven by the rich heritage of his Italian and Scottish grandparents, his flawless Pane Siciliano, handmade pastas, and community-driven menus prove that world-class dining doesn't just belong in the city it belongs wherever there is family, roots, and heart.
