Chef Brian Matheson

Brian's culinary career started in bar-restaurants in Toronto in the late eighties, then on to more elevated menus in Vancouver, Truro, Halifax, and Wolfville
before settling in Miramichi with his family to open the kitchen at the original O'Donaghue's Pub in 2007, bringing the gastropub trend to Northern New Brunswick.
Then on to a few other kitchens before opening Mind Full of Food Catering in 2017. Over 35 years in kitchens, and in about as many different kitchens,
Brian hasn't stopped trying new things, and hasn't gotten bored yet.
